Ilinniarutit!TV was started by the Nunavut Bilingual Education Society with the goal of creating an online learning resource in Inuktitut that teaches both language and technological skills. This webchannel aims to educate preschool children through the use of phonics and vocabulary videos and songs, as well as animated storybooks and books available for download. The website itself is bilingual, but the materials you will find at Ilinniarutit!TV are exclusively in Inuktut and are intended to support first language immersion at home.

Ilinniarutit!TV is designed to support pre-school children before they enter the school system, helping to get them kindergarten ready.
